Are they wrong?
I had 2/3 of my right lung removed because of early cancer in may of 2006. I recently learned that at the same time I also had a tumor on my left lung but was never informed of this. I refused chemo treatment because of it being early cancer but had I been informed of the tumor on my left lung I most certainly would have done the treatments. Aren't they wrong not to have informed me of this? I saw my family dr., a pulmonologist, an oncologist, and a surgeon. I don't understand and am very upset.

When did you find out that you had the tumor on your left lung and under what circumstances. It certainly sounds that your doctors should have informed you of the full extent of your medical condition. You should speak with an attorney as soon as possible.
