hi i have asked a question before and i was disappointed

hi i had asked a question before n i was dissappointed tht i didnt receive any answer from any of the lawyers.i had a mail saying tht i'll b answered in few days as they r having holidays .but i didnt receive any answers yet .i expect an answer . plz help. i want 2 knw d procedure of filing for my husband on spouse visa .hw much time will it take for him 2 get here i m a green card holder. plz helpme.thanking u.

First you need to file the spouse petition with the US Citizenship & Immigration Services. Then he needs to apply for the visa at the consulate to come to the US. Based on the current processing time, it takes around 5 years to have the visa number available before he can apply for the visa to come here.

If you becomes a citizen, the process can be faster.
