hi my brother is in usa for 28 years on green card but when he was 6 years old he was desabel on special clases then got to get desabillity checks he never got to get his sitecen ship couse his disabillity could he get deported for douing a crime if he steall desabel

I am not sure what you mean by if he "steals" disability? If he is granted disability assistance by the government, then I don't see how this would be stealing.

Depending on his disability, USCIS might make some exceptions with the civics testing, etc., but you would need to investigate that before he applies.
