Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

We are a company that promotes and manages spiritual teachers. We have a teacher we want to promote here in the U.S. from Europe. He was here last week and we have invited him back in June to teach again. He teaches a certificate practitioner training that has proven successful in Europe and people are making money with this healing modality. His teaching is exclusive to him. No one here in the U.S. teaches this healing modality

How can we make him an employee of our company so he can have a working visa in the U.S.?

Thank you...

Are there specific educational requirements equivalent to a bachelors degree for him to teach this method? If so, an H1B visa may be available to him.

Alternatively, if you can demonstrate he has extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, he may qualify for an O-1 visa. To qualify for an O-1 visa, the beneficiary must demonstrate extraordinary ability by sustained national or international acclaim and must be coming temporarily to the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability. Specific evidence that the beneficiary has received major, internationally-recognized acclaim will be required to obtain an O-1 visa.

There may be a variety of options available to him. You will want to have a copy of his resume, indicating his education and work experience, information regarding your company, and an overview of the dates you would like him to be here and the anticipated salary to be offered before setting a consultation. I can be reached at [email protected].
