Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

Deportation of a U.S.Citizen, what legal vehicle to use to reenter

after a lengthy federal prison term I was brought before an immigration judge. At the time my elderly mother was very ill and residing in Greece. I explained to the Judge that my mom was a near invalid and i needed to care for her and i did not honestly know if i was a citizen. He ordered me removed ''without prejudice'' and stated for the record that i have the right ''here or overseas'' to ''enter a U.S. court and further investigate the subject of[my] citizenship.''

I legally entered the U.S. with my only serviving parent (my Mom) in 1966 at the time i was 4 years old. We received green cards and eventually my mom became a naturalized citizen in 1978 when I was 16 years old. According Title 8 Section 1431 of the immigration and Naturalization Act I became a citizen in 1978 automatically with her under the child naturalization rule. Here are my questions:

1. What documents do I need to establish my case?

2. What legal vehicle can I use to get my U.S. Passport so I can fully be covered by the 14th Amendment and come back when I want?

3.How much is this going to cost me?

4.Will there be much more involvement in this than just attempting to aquire my U.S. Passport?

You will need an attorney to assist you. I would be happy to work with you. You may also want to consider contacting Brent Rennison in Portland, Oregon - he does a great deal of citizenship work as well.

My best wishes.
