Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

Where can I find required wage for sponsoring a candidate for H1-b visa? The job is posted as Business Analyst and I have been told that there are some salary restrictions that may impact hiring non-immigrant and sponsoring H1-B for the same candidate.
