I have a friend a us citizen married to a imigrant with a child born in the usa. Her visa expired and she doesn't have a green card. If the couple gets divorced is there a way she can stay in the usa with her child.

the immigrant can petition for permanent resident status through her marriage but it must be done within a certain amount of time. please call for a free consultation!
