Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

H1 B Transfer

For H1B transfer we need to submit 2 consecutive paystubs. Does this mean should we have paystubs for two consecutive months or would 2 paystubs from one month suffice (i get paid every 15 days)

Thanks,

Jay

Two consecutive paystubs. What's so hard about that concept? I can't make it any more clear than Uncle Sam has already.

Re: H1 B Transfer

Clearly if you are asking this question there is a concern about being gainfully employed during your H-1B status. The USCIS does require paystubs and may request ALL your paystubs for the time that you were on H-1B. If you are concerned about this it would be best for you to consult with an immgration attorney before filing. You may contact my office to discuss your case further.
