My niece boy friend was picked up by immagration today. He has been in the united states since he was 5 years and he is now 24 years old. What can we do to be able to get him back here with us

This is a vague question. We would need to know more details about why he was picked up by immigration. Does he have any criminal history? Has he been arrested for anything in the United States? Does he have a green card? Was he placed in immigration proceedings and get a removal or deportation order? If we know some of this information, it may help in deciding whether something can be done.
