Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania
An immigration question
my friends husband enterred the us illegally and she wants to get him legal now i know its not easy but i wanted to know if she should wait here to see if there will be a law passed to help him or should she take the risk to go back to mexico and apply there with him - they are legally married and have a child together - please advise thank you very much ---name removed--
