Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania
I live in Puerto Rico I've only been here two years I was born in PA so was my wife and son we moved here because a family member offered us housing we were kicked out about 2months after the move and ended up in a no income housing facility we have tried to get jobs but no companies are hiring we've been stuck on this island for 2years with no income and only food stamps keeping us from starving and now the Puerto Rico gov. has decided to sell to the highest bidder this year can we clam political asylum to return to the states? we have to get off this island what can we do?

You were born in PA, and so was your wife!? I suspect you are US Citizens. You can't request asylum if you're a citizen, and Puerto Rico is part of the USA, so you're not really outside of the USA. That means you can't "return to the states", because you've basically never left.
