Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

Just married and filing...

I am English, on a H1-B visa, my priority date of June 2002 has just come up for a work sponsored green card. My daughter Shireen aged out while we were waiting on January 19th 2008. She was married to her boyfriend, a US citizen on December 15th 2007. She downloaded all the paperwork from the INS website and has filled all the paperwork out herself because she cant afford to pay a lawyer. However in doing this she understands why most people have one. She is worried about not filling something out correctly, and being refused because of a silly mistake. Is this something that she should be worried about? She has already completed the paperwork. If she needs a lawyer, does the fact that she has done the paperwork mean that the fee will be less, as her main problem is that she cannot afford the very high fees, as well as the filing fees. Is there anyone who could advise her? I earn $27,000 per year, about the same as her husband and we have no savings.

I offer an adjustment of status review service whereby your entire prepared application is faxed over to my office and I review it at a flat fee of $475.

I would assist your daughter in making any corrections that are required, informing her of missing documents, and making sure everything is filed in the proper manner.
