Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania
Non-immigrant religious worker visa
Hello,
Id like to apply for non-immigrant religious worker visa (in USA) and Id like to ask: what obligations must undertake employer, who sponsors me, filling form for INS that I would get visa? He guarantee full-time job and salary. Is something more what he must undertake for INS? What is procedure for it and how long it could take?
Thank you in advance!

well, yes, the employer must commit to paying you a salary. If you like, go ahead and give me a call. I have filed many religious based nonimmigrant and immigrant status petitions.
