How can you say the oath of allegiance if you have dual nationality (dual passpo

O,K, here is the deal - How can you say the Oath of Allegiance to become an US Citizen if you have dual nationalities or are "holding two passports" I have encountered dozens of people like that. My point is

how can I say " I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or soevereignity, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen.." and not be perjury? what is the right answer to this rather complicated situation?

If you wish to become an American Citizen, you will raise your right hand and swear the oath.

Citizenship has it costs and this oath, which all too many people take lightly, is one of them. By

statute there are exceptions to cover personal conflicts with some nations, such as service in the Israeli Armed Forces. Otherwise it is a problem for the new citizen to resolve with the other nation.

There is an old saying: He who has two masters, has a heavy heart.

By the way the penalty for treason in this Country is death.
