Petition deported 24Yrs unmarried child of Green Card Holder

My child is with me in usa as unmarried child but she was married before getting green card due to which she has been told to deporte.Can i file for her a petition?Can she stay in usa or should be send to india & than file a petition?How much time it takes normally?
