ss number

i am dating an immigrant that entered here legally but his 3 month's has expired, how do i help him get a ss number with an expired passport??

The only way you can do anything is if you end up marrying him (and you are a US citizen or permanent resident). You would then be able to sponsor him for his permanent residence. If you do marry, our office can assist you with the process. You can contact us at 215_564_5600.
