I came to the usa on a tourist visa just over 5 years ago but i never returned back to the uk my home now i want to go home i know i will get a ban , i want to visit austrailia in december by that time i will be out of the usa will i be refused entry and also will i be in the data base at all airports that i overstayed my visa

You will be subject to the 10-year bar, which means you are not allowed to enter the U.S. for 10 years unless you have a granted waiver.
