Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

I will be starting a business soon that is both in the US and Mexico. How can I legally bring workers from Mexico to the US for projects that should only last 1-3 months?

I expect to have several projects a year ( all over the US ) which I will need to bring in workers that are already employed by myself.

The type of visa your potential employees will require depends on the type of work that the employees will undertake. However, these potential employees would need an approved visa in order to not only enter the U.S., but also to be able to legally work for your company.
