Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania
I'm working on a TN Visa for a Fortune 500 company (2 more years to go) but now I also have an opportunity to work part-time as an independent consultant on a 1099. Can I work full-time for the Fortune 500 and part-time as an independent consultant on a 1099?
