Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

4 Car Collision

A Dodge darted from a side street and hit a Cavelier on my road (the main road), spinning her around. I was sitting in traffic at a complete stop, caged between two other cars so I had no where to go. She stopped spinning then came at me. She hit me in the drivers side, totaling my car, then hit the BMW behind me. The Dodge lives in sub-city housing and has very limited coverage (about $5,000). My agent is telling me that they will end up splitting the $5,000 between me and the two other cars that were hit. However, they wont split it fairly. Since my car was the oldest they are now telling me I will only get 10% of its worth which may end up to be $100 (if that, because my car was a 1984 OldsMobile Firenza) plus I am now responsible for paying the impound bill which is $500 at the moment and still rising. I have to get rides, not enough for another car from them now, no rental, plus I was injured during the crash and dealing with my injuries. I asked my insurance agent if the man who drove the Dodge that started it all has nothing, then can I sue the woman driving the Cavelier he hit who hit me? But he doesnt want to hear about it because it turns out she happens to have the same insurance company I have. What can I do?
