Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania
Yes I would like to know in an accident, is it the operator of the vehicle at the time of the accident or is it the owner who will get in trouble for the car not being insured?
Thank you,

Generally, it is the owner's responsibility to have his vehicle insured. If you knew that there was no insurance, and still drove the vehicle, then you would be responsible too.
