Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania
Auto Ins Liability
I was in a accident 12/2/02 driving a car my wife had insured and I had a suspended license. The ins. co paid for the totaled car. I started having back pain after the accident and ended up getting back fusion. Problem was there for years according to Dr but the accident made surgery a necessity. I gave hospital auto and private ins and they used private and private has been used for all. I have been out of work since accident and nerve damage might keep me out for years. I now have my license back. I was not cited for not having a license and my name is now on the auto policy. Can I submit any claims to auto ins for health costs not covered by private ins? I am now on long term disability (60% pay). Can I ask auto ins co for wages lost?

Re: Auto Ins Liability
you have a personal injury claim which would include loss of wages.
