Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania
Automobile Acciedent
We were hit by another car and we are
being jerked around regarding getting
our car fixed. It has been over a month
now and we still do not have are vehicle
back. We have been very
inconvenienced. We have partial tort on
our insurance. Does that mean that we
can not sue them?

Re: Automobile Acciedent
you have limited tort. That means that you cannot recover for personal injuries unless you have a substantial injury. There are exceptins to that general rule and you should check with an attorny to be certain of your status. You can sue for property damage without any limitatins other than the cost of repair and rental
