car accident

was is a car accident. other party was driving with a suspended licence and no car insurance. accident was other partys fault.what can i do about liability and my deductable?

Do you carry uninsured motorist coverage?

If your insurance pays for everything except the deductible then they will likely bring a claim against the other driver to get their money back. If they do they will reimburse you for the deductible, otherwise you can file a claim against the other driver for your deductible.
