what if a friend of mine who is not included in my car insurance got into an accident while driving my car?

Unless, your friend took your car without your permission it is likely you and your friend will be liable for the damages he caused while driving your car. Check you auto policy to see if it covers other people driving your car. Sometimes, the policy will cover the car itself without reference to who is driving it but this is the first place to look.

If he drove your car with you permission he is covered by your auto ins policy. Is that your question?
