Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

Car Title Deed

My aunt was giving a car by her deceased father, however the title of the car is in the name of the power of attorney(my aunt's uncle). My aunt wants to give me the car, but the uncle is not accepting any calls or letters from my aunt, and he does not know that she wants to give the car to me. The car has be sitting in my aunt's driveway for about 4 years now. Is there any way to have the title made in my name without the presence or help of the uncle?

Re: Car Title Deed

The only way that this can be accomplished would be to file papers with the court seeking a court order to establish proper possession of the vehicle. The uncle would have to be served with these papers. Alternatively, perhaps a letter from an attorney to the uncle, might resolve the problem without recourse to the court system.
