Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter's finished basement just got flooded with raw sewage due to heavy rain and it spewed through the toilet onto the entire lower level ruining everything. Homeowner's insurance said they're not responsible for paying and the township says they won't pay anything. How do they proceed on this?

You should consult with a lawyer to review the language of your homeowners policy and the basis for your insurance company's denial of your claim.
