Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania
who is at fault
i am the legal guardian of a 17 yr old who was a passenger in an accident with an 18 yr old driver. Turns out he wasn't licensed or insured plus the car was his parents and taken without their permission. Who is liable?

Re: who is at fault
You should definitely give our offices a call. We can handle a case like that on a contingent fee basis--which means no fee unless you recover. Feel free to e-mail or call anytime. In all likelihood, your 17 year old should be able to recover from the insurance company, and possibly even the city.
