fell with latter at work
i fell with the latter at work on dec12 there was ice on the ground end i had already been up the once a few feet away from where i fell i was at the top of a 28ft latter when the bottom kick out then i fell and broke my tibala and fibala in my right leg and spained my left ankle and hurt my back im get wc but could i sue the home owner i was installing seamless gutter on his house
