Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

house fire

my neighbors set a mattress on fire, after they thought the fire was out they carried the smoldering mattress to the back porch and left it. the mattress reignited, setting the back porch on fire, which in turn set my house on fire. their house and my house were totaled (my house beyond repair )i have no insurance what so ever! is their anything i can do or someone i can talk to about this. i need help, thank you.

Does you neighbor have homeowner's insurance? If so, that insurance will "protect" your neighbor and pay for any damages he causes when he acts negligently. You should hire an experienced attorney to represent you. Please call me if you want to discuss this further.
