Your own ins co pays your own medical bills, up to the limits of your medical bill coverage. Your ins co cannot do anything bad to you if it pays your medical bills. The value of your injury, to be paid by the ins co for the other driver, depends on the nature & extent of your injury. You should consult with an experienced personal injury lawyer.
