Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

I had my kitchen renovated May 2010 and my kitchen cabinets just fell off the wall and the cabinets and its contents are completely destroyed. My granite flooring was also damaged during this catastrophe. Will my homeonwer's insurance cover the loss of use and damage? I live in Pennsylvania.

The contractor who did the renovation may be responsible. Work done a year and a half ago should not just fall off the wall.
