Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania
liability from sponsoring a race car team
I wish to sponsor my son's race car team by providing money to support their costs. The money will officially come from my business and I want to have the logo of my company on the car and related equipment. Am I subject to any liability from this? IF I am, how can I protect myself? What laws pertain to this senario?

Re: liability from sponsoring a race car team
If the Race car team is incorporated, its not such a big deal. You need a contract which specifies that for certain cnsideration, advertising your business you will pay certain team costs. I offer free consultations.
