Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

I have a questions concerning the liquidation of Legion Insurance Company on 7/28/03. I work for an insurance company who was doing business with Legion to provide insurance coverage and we have not recouped money from various claims. How do I initiate this or is it too late? Is this still an issue I can take up with the state guarantee fund? We were doing business in various states.

This seems to be a complex issue which you should speak to an attorney about. seven years is a long time and your company may be barred from any claims becaus of applicable statutes. Did you file a claim in a liquidation process. I would contact the state Insurance commission's office to see if there is any recourse in filing a claim this late.
