If you own a registered and uninsured car, you are Limited Tort. That means that you won't be able to collect pain and suffering money from the bad guy unless you meet 1 of the exceptions to the limited tort rule. You had better talk to an experienced personal injury attorney to learn about the exceptions to the limited tort rule--they're complicated. Feel free to call to discuss.
