Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

My STD provider made an error on their part and overpaid me. Do they have a right to recoup the money?

Generally they do have the right to recover the amounts of any overpayments. I would try to work something out with your insurer, or else you may be sued, or the amountof the overpayment may be deducted from future payments.
