Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

i am purchasing auto insurance and recently moved to pa. i was asked by the insurance company to choose a full tort or limited tort option or reject stacked uninsured motorist. i need a simple explanation of these terms so that i can make a decision.

please see my web site at teitelllaw.com. The FAQ section has an explanation. Unless you can't afford to eat or pay the rent/mortgage, you should select full tort, uninsured motorist & underinsured motorist coverages. If you have more than 1 car on the policy, you should select "stacked." This is the only way to obtain adequate coverage for you & your family. Contact me if you have any other questions.
