union health ins. plan
The administrator for my husbands union health plan told us they deducted the wrong amount of money from his pension check since 03/01/2005.They now say we have to pay them back $3663.93 to make up the shortage to the welfare fund.I say this is the amount they told us aand we payed it Someone in their office made the mistake.What are our we libel for if anything

You asked about a discrepancy in the amount deducted from a pension payment.
I won't go into the law about this, but you will have to pay them back (assuming they are correct). The good news is that they can only look back two years and, unless it is a diminimus amount, they must accept payments in the same form they were paid out.
In other words, they can take the money out of future payments only in the same amounts that they were over-paid and over the same period of time.
