I will be arrested for insurance fraud for an application that I did not fill ou

There is a warrant for my arrest because I am being charged with application insurance fraud.I went into an insurance agency and applied for insurance.They filled out all the paper work and I signed the paper (did not read it)this was in March of 2002.I went into this agency in the first place because I had to apply for the assigned risk plan because no one would insure me.I knew that my license was suspended before, that is why I went there again because no one would insure me. Well the person who filled out the application apparantly selected the box that said that my license was never suspended, because of this I am being charged.If I was given the opportunity to fill out the application myself I would have checked that yes my license was suspended before.I know that all my driver information is easily accessible by the insurance company and I would not lie about it.I did not read the whole application because I was just told to sign here.About 3 wks ago I reported this agency to the state insurance board because they are charging fees that they shouldnt be charging.I dont know if this is why I am now being accused after 2 yrs have passed since the org. app.I did not knowingly or with any intent try to fraud.Can I beat thiscase
