Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Pennsylvania

Can I use another companies logo in my advertising?\nI develop websites and I encourage my clients to advertise their websites in print. Sometimes the URL is kind of long but a reliable search term is much shorter. Example:\nwww.raysmarketplacelinesville.com or search google or yahoo for rays linesville. \nMy question is, can I advise my clients to use the Google and Yahoo logos in their prints ads instead of just the words, Google and Yahoo? Could I also use the logos, in that context, on their websites?

It seems to me that Google and Yahoo are more than happy to allow anyone to use their logo and names in any legitimate context. I'm not sure how you would go about checking on that, though.
