Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Pennsylvania

I'd like to sell NFL jerseys on Ebay using a drop-shipping company in China. Is this legal? Am I responsible if the company I get them from doesn't have a license to create NFL gear, even if the customer is satisfied?

You most certainly could be liable. Your sale in the US of unauthorized/counterfeit NFL gear subjects you to liability. It is trademark infringement at the least, and selling counterfeit merchandise at worst.
