Selling e-mail addresses
I have accumulated a list of publicly available e-mail addresses through my own efforts, which have value for a specific purpose. Can I now sell the list in a publication not intended for use as spam?

Just as people can sell telephone directories, you can sell the email directory. You should file for copyright protection before you effectuate any license or transfer. Understand that the copyright protection will only extend to your addition to the work, being the orginization. However, this is the best protection you will be able to obtain for your work.
