Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Pennsylvania

Im starting up a website business. I have purchased my domain name, and now in the process of paying for my business to become LLC via LegalZoom.com.

Can you give me your feedback on LegalZoom.com as a company being used for this service,

or should I go through a law firm?

And terms like "Privacy Rights, Terms and Conditions, ect" I will need to use on my website.

Should I purchase these pre-written by firms such as http://www.legalformsgenerator.com/websitelegalforms.html or should I have an off-line law firm

construct these forms for me individually. Mind you, I am start up with not a lot of revenue.

Thank you

Companies like LegalZoom are fine if you know EXACTLY what all of the legal and tax ramifications of starting a business are. Since those sites do not provide legal advice, you are on your own to ensure you comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Website terms and conditions, including privacy policies, can vary GREATLY depending upon the nature of your website, your jurisdiction, and the type of information you collect from users. I have never seen a set of terms from form generators that are accurate, or even enforceable in some cases. Remember, you get what you pay for.
