401K Distribution when company sold
When a company has been sold to another, how can I get my 401K distribution. My former employer tells me I can't get it for a year. Is this correct?

Re: 401K Distribution when company sold
you need to check with the plan administrator. There will be an explanation in the plan description advising you as to what happens if the company is sold.
