18 Year Old in PA

Can an 18 year old legally move away from his parents or do the parents still have legal control until 21? Woudl I be in trouble for allowing an 18 year old to move in my home-we are not related

It depends upon the facts, but yes, an 18 year old should be able to move away from his/her parents.
