Is it possible to move out without a parents consent

I would like to kno if it is possible to move out with a friend without a parents consent im 16 going on 17 in about a month not even and i can't stand living with my mom all we do is argue i can't stand it anymore if it isn't posible is there anything other then that i could do.

Sounds like you want to petition the court for emancipation. This would publicly acknowledge that your mother is no longer your care giver or guardian. What seems like a good idea now may not be in the future. You may want to try some sort of counseling with your mother. You only get one mother and she' not around forever.
