Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

3 ex employees are stating they were never paid. We paid them in cash and have no proof we paid them. Where is the burden of proof in a court of law.

By paying employees in cash, keeping no records, and not deducting or paying taxes, unemployment and workers comp, you are violating several state and federal laws. The burden of proof is on you.

Stop violating the law and evading taxes and you won't have these problems.
