ARD program in pa?

Can i get in ARD other than dui i have been charged for using company credit card for personal use other than getting just gas for company truck?? this is my first ever offence in my life and do i ask my lawyer for that before court hearing ??

Yes. ARD is available for cases other than DUI for first time offenders. Keep your nose clean, drink your milk and stay in school.
