CDL & sleep apnea

Can my son get fired for having a CDL license and having sleep apnea, he won't get tested because he heard doctor's report would go to the DMV.

You asked about sleep apnea and licensing.

It so happens I am very familiar with sleep conditions and also laws and regulations with respect to disabilities. I urge you to have your son speak with me about his situation so that we can take proactive measures and get him the help he needs. Alternatively, reactive measures will be much more expensive.
