Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

CDL Upgrade

I have been with this Co. for 7 yrs and was hired for my class B ..now they want me to get a class A which i have never wanted. Can they force me to get it and threaten my job

Do you have a union?

Do you have a private contract?

I would want to double-check some ICC regs, but under Employment law, you can be fired for any reason.

If you drive and are not an owner-operator, think about forming a Teamsters local.
